7 Day Mindset Challenge

This challenge is designed to add one new thing into your day throughout the week. This will help you slowly integrate more mindset tasks each day to accumulate to a larger mindset routine.

Day One: Setting Intentions and Goals

Day Two: Start a Gratitude Practice and write down three things you are grateful for.

Day Three: Write 3 Things you are grateful for AND do a 3 - 5 minute meditation or breathwork exercise

Day Four: Gratitude, 5 Minute Meditation or Breathwork and write down and speak your 3 - 5 positive affirmations.

Day Five: Gratitude, 5 Minute Meditation or Breathwork, Affirmations and decide how to digital detox for then next three days.

Day Six: Gratitude, 5 Minute Meditation or Breathwork, Affirmations, Digital Detox and learn something new.

Day Seven: Gratitude, 5 Minute Meditation or Breathwork, Affirmations, Digital Detox, Learn something new and add in time for self care.
